Do I have to pay for Customs & Duties?

No! We want your experience to be seamless. For all supported international destinations listed above, Kingbriefs covers all import duties and taxes. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. No surprise fees at your door.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that shipments to military addresses may take slightly longer than the standard delivery window.

Why isn't my country listed?

We are currently expanding our global shipping network. If you do not see your country listed in the checkout options, we unfortunately do not ship there yet. We are working hard to bring Kingbriefs to more locations soon!

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your address, please contact us at service@Kingbriefs.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes.
