How do I register an account ?

  2. Enter your email address and 6-digit code to submit then you can register successfully.

What is the Zero-G Pod™ technology?

Our signature Zero-G Pod™ is an independent suspension system for your anatomy. Unlike standard flat-front underwear, it features a U-shaped fabric hammock that completely isolates your assets from your thighs. This physical separation prevents friction, eliminates the “batwing” effect (sticking), and keeps you cool all day.

How does the sizing run?
  • Our sizing is designed to be consistent with major US brands.
  • Fit Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially given the supportive nature of the Zero-G Pod™.
What is the difference between the Collections?
  • Zero-G™ Elite: Features the independent Zero-G Pouch. Best for long work days, travel, and maximum support. (Fabric: Lenzing MicroModal™).
  • Classic Soft: Features a 3D Contour (no independent pouch). Best for daily wear if you prefer a traditional feel. (Fabric: Lenzing MicroModal™).
  • Relaxed Fit: Loose-fitting knit boxers with a button fly. Best for sleeping and lounging. (Fabric: Cotton Knit).
What are the washing instructions?
  • To keep your Kingbriefs soft and lasting longer:
  • Machine wash cold with like colors.
  • Tumble dry low.
  • Do not bleach or iron.
  • Pro Tip: High heat is the enemy of Lenzing MicroModal™ fabric!

Returns & Exchanges

What is the "First Pair Guarantee"?

We understand that buying underwear online can be a gamble. That's why we offer our First Pair Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your first pair of Kingbriefs underwear from your first order, you don't have to return it. We'll either issue a full refund or send you a different size or style, no questions asked. This offer is valid for one worn pair per new customer on their first order only.

What is your return policy for other items?
  • For all other items (subsequent pairs, bundles, or returning customers), we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original unopened packaging with the hygiene seal intact.
  • Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our New Jersey warehouse.
How do I start a return?
  • Please email our support team at service@Kingbriefs.com with your Order Number. We will provide you with the return authorization and instructions.
  • Return Address: Our returns center is located in Cranbury, NJ, USA.
Can I return a single pair from a Bundle (3-Pack/5-Pack)?

Yes, but you will lose the bundle discount. The items you keep will be charged at full retail price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Why is my payment failing?
  1. The payment system might be experiencing a delay or temporary issue. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
  2. The payment method may have been declined for security reasons. Please try a different payment method.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
  • We ship to the United States and select international countries (including Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe).
  • Note: If your country is not listed at checkout, we are working on getting there soon!
Do I have to pay customs/duties for international orders?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. Kingbriefs covers all import duties and taxes for supported international destinations. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

How much is shipping?
  • US Orders: Free on orders over $69. Otherwise, a flat rate of $6.99 applies.
  • International: Free on orders over $69.Rates vary by zone for smaller orders(6.99 - $8.99).
  • Club Members (Subscribers): FREE Global Shipping on all subscription orders. No minimums.
How long will it take to get my order?
  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Shipping time: 8-12 business days.
Can I change my order (like shipping information, size, color, etc.)?
  • If you need to change your order, please contact service@kingbriefs.com as soon as possible.
  • Please indicate "Change Request" in the email subject line. We will do our best to assist you during business hours and keep you updated via email on the progress.
  • However, please note that due to our fast packing process, we may not be able to make changes immediately once an order is submitted.
  • Couldn't we complete the change in time? Don't worry! If we are unable to complete your requested order modifications promptly, you can make use of our convenient return service. Why was my order split into multiple packages?
  • The warehouse will prioritize shipping in-stock products to avoid long wait times for customers, which may result in packages being split.

How does the subscription work?

It’s comfort on autopilot. You choose your style and frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually). You save up to 30% off the subscription order and get Free Global Shipping.

You can swap styles, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime.

What if I don't pick a color before my shipment?

We’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before your billing date. If you don’t pick a specific color, we will automatically send you the same style and color as your previous shipment (Replenishment Mode).

Is there a commitment? Can I cancel?
  • No commitment. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time via your Account Portal.
  • Note: Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
When will I be charged?

You are charged on the same day of the month/quarter that you signed up. (e.g., If you subscribed on Jan 15th, your next charge will be Feb 15th).
